The Neighborhood:
Located right off I-80, in the Aksarben neighborhood. Only a couple miles from most hospitals, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Baxter Arena.
Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.
Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.
Getting Around:
Car is best for exploring the city but this complex is close to public transportation.
Other Things to Note:
1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.
2. There will be lock out fee - $50,
unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50
3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.

We prefer messaging on your booking platform but are available via text/call for urgent issues. This complex also features an onsite manager for assistance.

Overall, loved it! Had a couple of issues, reached out and it was taken care of right away! My only complaint is parking spaces were so narrow. After about a week there, came away with more dings on my car than I liked. Otherwise, nice neighborhood, close to options to see/visit. Would recommend!

The only half-way negative thing about this property is the parking being so iffy and the curbs being difficult to navigate for anything on wheels.Other than that, the property met our needs wonderfully. Thank you!
