The Space:
Aksarben View Apartments are centrally located in Omaha with easy access to I-80 and historic Aksarben neighborhood. You'll enjoy a private entrance to your pet friendly one bedroom apartment. Spacious living area with small dining and kitchen perfect for 1-2 guests. King size bedroom perfect for winding down after a long day.

The Neighborhood:
Located right off I-80, in the Aksarben neighborhood. Only a couple miles from most hospitals, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Baxter Arena.
Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.
Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.
Getting Around:
Car is best for exploring the city but there is public transportation nearby.
Other Things to Note:
1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.
2. There will be lock out fee - $50,
unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50
3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.

Easy to access. Clean. Pet-friendly. Communication with host was simple. Close to downtown without having to be right downtown. Will stay again when travel back to town later in the year if available.

Brought my puppers for a few nights and it was in perfect location to food! Great Italian restaurant near. Place was clean and quiet. 10/10 recommend!!

The location and accommodations were perfect for our needs. Safety was a little concerning as the window in the bedroom seemed yo be tampered with from the outside. My main issue was that my husband received word that his mother was dying in the hospital and we had to leave a week early; we were denied any type of refund for the remaining week that it would sit empty. I understand the financial side of a business, but I also understand the human side. This company has several properties and some grace could have been given.
