Just minutes from the main square in Pollensa old town, this charming townhouse has been completely renovated.
There are plenty of creative touches in this townhouse as the owner is a talented photographer. His images of local scenes, as well as clever artistic touches, give it a particularly homely feel
Outside, guests can enjoy the vintage dining table - check out the antique reversible railway bench, just one of the many delightful features.
A few steps up, past tubs of oleander plants, there is a sun-drenched roof terrace which is big enough to include sun loungers, a large sofa and bean bag, plus a luxurious outdoor shower. This terrace is idyllic at all times of the day. Views of the rooftops and the neighbour´s impressive art creation are the icing on the cake!
Once inside, there is a charming staircase up to the first floor, where everything is conveniently on one floor. The living space is open plan and designed with maximum relaxation and easy living in mind.
Guests will love the stunning Mallorcan stone floors, gorgeously deep sofa, cosy wood burning stove, and the generous indoor dining spaces. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to create delicious Mediterranean dishes. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and handy tumble dryer.
The two stylish bedrooms have incredibly comfortable beds and are very spacious. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath and the other with a large walk-in shower. Fluffy towels and excellent quality bedding are included.
Nestled in a charming street in the picturesque town of Pollensa, the house is literally two minutes from a plenty of great restaurants and bars, the famous Calvario steps, and just 7kms from the golden sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

Amazing property! Location 20m from the main square in Pollenca. The interior is beautiful and the balcony gets the sun from dawn till dusk. Had a fantastic two weeks in blissful heart of Pollenca.

Stunning house within a 30 second walk from everything but completely peaceful and private. No through traffic. High ceilings, top end appliances, immaculately clean. Very responsive host always happy to help. Would give 6 stars if possible. Would love to return and definitely will. Pollensa old town and Majorca are just beautiful. Thank you so much for a perfect holiday!
