About this chalet rental
Situated in the heart of Pollensa old town, Can Williams is a typical Mallorcan townhouse.
With wooden beams, terracotta tiles, white-washed walls (metres thick), and many charming nooks and crannies, the owners have worked hard to create a comfortable, stylish holiday house in Pollensa.
The ground floor is open-plan. It has a good-sized kitchen with a breakfast bar and very cool lighting. It is well equipped, with a dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine!
There is also a dining room that seats four guests and a hall which is perfect for bike storage if you are a keen cyclist.
Upstairs on the first floor there is a cozy sitting room, with a relaxing Mediterranean colour scheme and a smart TV so you can chill out on the sofa after a day on the beach, or perhaps exploring the island
The house has two bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with en-suite on the first floor and on the second floor there is a master bedroom, which has an en-suite with a separate bath and shower
Not to be missed is the pretty roof terrace on the top floor with spectacular views over the town. You can have your evening aperitif up there and as the benches convert into sun loungers, you can also sunbathe up there during the day.
This townhouse comes highly recommended. It is a perfect holiday property for two couples sharing, or a family of up to 5 as there is also a sofa bed.

Pollencia Old Town is quaint little place and Can Williams stay was situated perfectly. Close by to the main squares and easily walkable from the free parking just on the outskirts of town. It is possible to park up closer for any large luggage although you won't be able to park overnight.
The accommodation is perfect for 2 couplesa family. Good kitchen and both rooms had en suites. The little peaceful roof terrace is an added bonus for chilling out in the evenings.
Some very good restaurants and gelateria's in Pollencia, obviously avoid the peak season as the town is pretty small, nonetheless the service was decent.

The house is really beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was big and clean with all the necessary appliances, the bedrooms where big and comfortable with nice linen and towels.The bathrooms were also in very good condition and very clean. We really had a very comfortable stay at this house. On the other side I would say the house is a bit dark (which is good to keep it cool) and the terrace not very practicable because of the heat. There are also a lot of stairs to go up and down but other than this it was perfect.
Access with car is difficult because of the narrow streets, and parking is only possible towards the outside of the village, so you wont be able to have the car in front of the house, but close by.
We have an EV and a few public EV chargers were available in a public parking 12 min walk from the house. This was very convenient.
Aircon was a plus, working perfectly!

It's truly a gem! We couldn’t have imagined a better place to enjoy the holiday. The house is absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The spacious rooms, modern amenities, warm atmosphere and charming decor made us feel right at home.
The hospitality was exceptional, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The central location made it easy to visit the local restaurants.
The location is perfect. We looked forward to returning to the comfort and tranquility of the house.
