About this house rental
A completely refurbished stone built townhouse with a FULL TOURIST LICENCE, 17 Calle Cifre is located in the old town of Pollensa on a quiet no-through road. On the ground floor there is a new kitchen/ dining area, a lounge with Smart TV, a bedroom and bathroom. The tiled pool area is accessed through french doors from the kitchen. The pool area has soft seating, sun loungers, and is planted with citrus, grape vines and other climbers. There is a gated area with private parking for 1 small car. The back of the house is South-west facing so receives full sun from 11am onwards. Upstairs are two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom opens out to a large terrace with soft seating and olive trees. The terrace is perfect for morning coffee or, in the evening, having a glass of wine as the sun sets over the mountains. The house has 300mb wifi and there is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, and central heating. PLEASE NOTE that the house is not suitable for children under 12.

We spent a wonderful few days at Sasha’s house in Pollensa. The house has lots of rustic charm and all the comforts you need - a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a pool that was perfect for relaxing, the car parking was an added bonus (thankfully we hired a Mini as it’s a bit tight) plus a few local cats who clearly run the show. They popped by daily for sunbathing tips. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll be in heaven. If not, just guard your prawns! The setting is wonderfully peaceful; we felt far removed from the hustle, yet it is only a short stroll away from shops, nice restaurants.We’d happily come back — great value for what you get.

Make sure you have a very small car and that you like cats (who will come indoors when they see an opportunity)Apart from that we had an enjoyable stay and the host was proactive

If you love Pollenca you have to try calle Cifre 17: So nice and providing a 5 Star service (no rush for soap, salt, oil or whatever you usually need to buy at first among other).The house is a lovely nest with view located at some end of the village in green country side.Its simple and perfect decoration makes it a very relaxing place.And what about its pool? An invitation at any time.And from the bed contemplate the night or day get up is magic.Thank you Sasha for this exceptional place to be.Hope to come once again!
