Timberbrook is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. With 5 bedrooms and multiple lounging areas, this home comfortably sleeps up to 5 couples. Enjoy the spacious rec room on the lower level or the bright, cozy living area on the main floor, complete with a gas fireplace and a large dining area for family meals.
Outside, the large deck is ideal for grilling and hanging out, and the private hot tub is perfect for evening relaxation. Timberbrook also features a fantastic fire pit area for gathering around on chilly nights, whether it’s winter or summer.
Nestled in the trees within the Northface community, Timberbrook offers easy access to Timberline Mountain Base, making it a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Salamander Trail is just steps from the front door, giving you easy access to the trails year-round.
While Timberbrook is practically in the backyard of Timberline Mountain, it’s also just a short drive to other must-see spots in Canaan Valley, including Canaan Valley Resort, Blackwater Falls, Whitegrass, Dolly Sods, and the quirky shops and galleries in Davis and Thomas.
Dog-friendly (for a $70 pet fee per dog)—so don’t forget your pooch!

The house was very nice but I feel like the pictures showed the house out of context. It is located in a convenient area with close access to everything, but very close to other houses. Also the house, while being to sleep 12 people, was very small. The pictures led us to believe that we had a lot of room. Oh well, I can’t complain about the area though! It’s one of my favorite places in the world and we were with great people!
