Great year round location; close to the ski slopes in the winter. Short drive to Sand Run Lake and Spruce Island Lake.

OLD TIMBERLINE -
A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

There was an extension cord with items plugged in the two year old found. Most everything else was good. WI-FI issues that were worked out. The house was set up perfectly for our family.

We will definitely be back next year if it's available! Gorgeous shared space and lots of sleeping space as well. Our favorite feature was the hot tub and easy use of all of the technology (speakers and tvs).

The stay was very pleasant but I was disappointed in a few things including the enormous waterhole in our driveway, and a couple of dusty spots in the cabin M. All of the team members responded quickly even if they were unable to accommodate our change requests.
