Spacious mountain home situated on a private five acre wooded lot with a large great room.
Great year round location; close to the ski slopes in the winter. Short drive to Sand Run Lake and Spruce Island Lake.

OLD TIMBERLINE -
A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

There was an extension cord with items plugged in the two year old found. Most everything else was good. WI-FI issues that were worked out. The house was set up perfectly for our family.

The large open room was nice for gathering. Also, each bedroom having its own bathroom made for a great set-up.

We loved the large, open living room with plenty of comfortable couches. The large kitchen and dining table were also great. The hot tub was a great size and location. The property is in a great location, too, with more privacy than the last house we rented. The staff was very helpful overall, and responded promptly to the water issue (maybe a broken pump) that we experienced on Sunday morning.
