This lovely mountain home will certainly provide peace, quiet and privacy for your much deserved vacation. Step inside and add a little “oohlala” to the trip. Families will enjoy the lovely furnishings and all sorts of extras too. Shoot a game of pool on the freshly refurbished table, watch the game or read by the home offers it all. Recent improvements include Starlink Internet, new kitchen appliances, and upgraded televisions! Outside the theme is nature and there are so many ways to enjoy it. You can recline on the deck, relax in the brand new hot tub, run in the yard or enjoy the scenery from the lovely sunroom. Winter guests will enjoy an easy drive to the slopes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome guests at Bear’s Retreat too!

The photos of the outside are very dated. Probably 10 years. The outside is overgrown. Weeds everywhere in the flowerbeds. The pond is overgrown now. The house desperately needs the green algae power washed and then painted.
The inside was filthy. Every ceiling fan was caked in dust. The cabinets above the stove had dirt caked on them.
Some lights were either missing bulbs or had bulbs blown.
For a cabin that sleeps 10, there isn’t near enough pots and pans to cool a meal.
The Ice maker in the fridge didn’t work.
The mattress in the 4th bedroom wasn’t suitable for a pet to sleep on. Half the springs were busted.
Lastly, the rec room smelled of pet urine. We didn’t even use it
