About this apartment rental
Exquisite second floor oceanfront condo (no elevator). Enjoy watching dolphins, whales, and the beautiful sunset from a very private lanai, or listen to the calming sound of the surf while sipping a cup of Kona coffee at breakfast. Relax with the cooling ocean breeze. On warmer days, take advantage of the air conditioning installed throughout the condo. Get a good night rest in the master bedroom on the California King sized bed equipped with a premium organic Talalay latex mattress to maximize your comfort. We are sure you'll be pleased with the upgraded kitchen, walk-in tiled showers, new appliances, teak lanai furniture, and much more. Your stay will have all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen and fun-in-the-sun beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and coolers for beer and/or groceries.
You won't hear traffic noise from Ali'i Drive from our condo. Located in Building One, the unit provides an unobstructed view of Kailua Bay on the living room side, and bedrooms back into a beautiful green courtyard. There are no windows facing a parking lot. For those guests travelling with small children, we provide a Graco crib/playpen, booster chair, stepping stool, and assorted beach toys.

The property was just as expected! Everything was great, including view, communication with owner, AC in each room for when needed, start up supplies and mattress topper! I was inspired to buy one for my bed when I returned home!

The condo was clean and had more than enough supplies for us for the week. The down grade is because only the bedrooms had a/c and the rest of the condo was so hot!! They said to open the front door and the slide door off the lani, but there were no breeze coming thru. The ceiling fans only helped if u were standing right under them. Also no tv's in the bedrooms. Wouldn't have been a problem if LR was not so hot. There is snorkeling right outside ur door and it's great just go slow and be careful getting in. Pool is nice but under construction. Grounds r nice. About the island, no bags when u go to grocery store (at least not Walmart) so b prepared for that. Walking distance to town and two farmers markets. One to the left is much nicer. U can mail home a coconut!
