Lovely oceanfront 2nd floor unit totally upgraded and showing beautifully. MIni-split A/C units were recently added to both bedrooms, along with the stand alone A/C unit in the living room. Lanai seats four for outside dining with fab views of Kona Bay and those unforgettable Kona Sunsets. Very popular vacation complex with Oceanfront Pool and Hot Tub, BBQ and Picnic grounds. Watch the dolphins frolic and whales in season from the privacy of your Lanai. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Kona, Shopping, and Fine Dining Restaurants. NOTE: All mattresses in unit were recently replaced with new. 2/12/25.

Two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Kailua Kona visiting friends and reacquainting ourselves with Big Island. What a paradise!
Sorry to find that we had to wear shoes/slippers in the condo because the floors made our feet black. Otherwise a great experience, especially watching the spinner dolphins from our lanai.

We enjoyed the condo and its location in Kona. A few condo repair items:
Lanai screen door slides poorly and should probably be replaced.
Microwave oven is missing the center spindle; consequently oven platter does not rotate.

My family and I loved our stay in this Sea Village rental unit! It was clean, newly updated, beautiful, so comfortable and the view from the lanai was stunning. There was AC available, but with the sea breezes, we only needed it once during our entire stay. Close to Kona town for easy access to restaurants and shopping, it was also the perfect home-base for exploring the West coast of the Big Island. The kitchen was well laid out and contained everything we could possibly need. The owner provided written instructions as well as suggestions for what to see and do during our stay. I would recommend this unit to any of my friends or family, and would love to come back to visit here again in the future.
