Location, view, air-conditioning, space in living area, carparking, pool, well maintained grounds, extra items left for us to use like pool towels,floating, beach chairs
Washing machine didnt work, sliding door to balcony very hard to open, stove exhaust fan didnt work.

Location was excellent, very easy to get to a variety of beaches, food and the airport. The deck had an excellent ocean view and was perfect for watching the sunset each night. Facilities were very nice, pool with a hot tub, available grills in a common area. Beds were nice, kitchen had all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc you would need. Also a very nice coffee/breakfast place within a 2 minute walk (though it was popular and usually had lines).

The air conditioner in the room with the double beds was right next to the bed and loud.
