Oceanfront Kailua-Kona Townhome w/ Pool & Views!

Location. Location location

Location of the Sea Villages was centrally located, close to town and beaches. The unit #3113 had probably the best location in the resort, a few steps to the pool deck and an unobstructed view of Kailua Bay. Really enjoyed the beach equipment (boogie boards, beach chairs) that was left for renters to use. The host was very accommodating with our check-out request.

The furniture in the unit was tired and cabinets decluttered.

This apartment is great, but it is worn and outdated, and could use some renovation. There were also some things that didn't work. For the price we paid, we expected it to be more modern and fresh.

Great location. Easy parking. Good pool. Loved the patio.

The shower was leaking and we informed the owner. It took two days to fix a simple caulking issue during which we were told to just not use the shower. For two days. There was a shower in the pool bathrooms we could use, but they had no curtains and were only available during certain hours. This was not acceptable and the owner seemed extremely unapologetic when I spoke with him. This is a property on the water so it is damp. Which is not great feeling for the carpets in the upstairs. Additionally the lack of AC becomes an issue when there are very loud neighbors on their patio outside the second room at all hours of the night.
