This property has everything!! The location, the view, the pool area, bbq area, and the landscaping were outstanding. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We had a nice stay in Kailua-Kona last week. Although a bit tired, the condo was very accommodating, had a lovely view, and was very clean. We really appreciated the beach equipment available for our use. I do have to caution those who are looking for a quiet stay, however. The lanai is right above the pool, which was in continual use the whole time we were there. Because the condo does not have A/C and it was very warm when we were there, all windows needed to be open all of the time in order to keep the condo as cool as possible. There was noise from the pool and the parking lot all day. Luckily, there are quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am, so that helped with pool noise in the evenings and early mornings at least.
