We loved our stay at this property! It was very clean and perfectly located for all of our activities, especially golf. Mary was GREAT to work with and provided excellent, detailed instructions for our stay at her home.

We had a great 12 day stay here. The property had absolutely everything we needed to feel at home and contained everything we needed for cooking. We just ordered a grocery pick up and we were good for the week. The location was perfect in the villages. It was a few short blocks from the sea breeze rec center that had a sports pool,Pickleball, and many other courts with supplies provided. There was a family pool just a few minutes away for our adult children that were u set 30. A golf cart was provided and so enjoyable to head to either brownwood or lake sumpter to enjoy the evening music!

Two families (4 adults and two teenagers.) Property was very clean had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, The golf cart was fun to drive and ride. The furnishings were comfortable. (only thing lacking is we had to provide our own laundry detergent and trash bags.) We noted that there was only one oven rack instead of two--told the property manager after our stay, but this didn't inconvenience us) Awesome house rental!!.
