Enjoy a peaceful stay at Sunscape, a 3-bedroom bungalow in The Villages, which is an outstanding, world class lifestyle community. This spacious and comfortable designer home is close to a shopping center and not far from two town centers, Sumter landing and Brownwood, where restaurants, theaters, additional shopping, and lively nightly entertainment is provided.
Sunscape is elegantly furnished and features an open design. Its large kitchen opens on a formal dining room and a spacious living room which includes two comfortable reclining chairs facing a flat-screen TV. A breakfast nook on the other side of the kitchen has two lovely windows overlooking the flowering plantings out front. The primary bedroom suite has a king bed, a flat screen TV, 2 walk-in closets, and a double sink bathroom spread. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout the house. High speed internet. Yamaha YAS Sound Bar. Access to TV news channels and streaming services available by means of a Roku device.
Sunscape's split-plan design provides a private area for the guest bedroom (queen bed), bathroom and den. The den doubles as the 3rd bedroom with a queen-size pull-out sofa. there are also two blow-up single mattresses with bedding available for extra guests. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Espresso machine, blender, mixer, and a slow cooker. A gas grill is also provided.
Four glass doors slide open from the living room to the lanai, which is screened-in and furnished, including zero-gravity lounging chairs. There is a separate laundry room. Available for use are a Parcar electric golf car with lithium batteries, 3 like-new bicycles (21 gears) and 2 sets of (dated) golf clubs, in the double garage.
