It is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood in the highly sought-after village of Duval. It is a short distance from the Sea Breeze Rec Center and the Duval (adult only) pool. It’s a golfer’s oasis with 8 – 10 golf courses within minutes including Sandhill, Turtle Mound, Truman, Roosevelt, Bogart and Bacall. It is also close to the Pinellas Plaza and Colony Plaza shopping areas. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and unwind in this fantastic home away from home. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

This was a great location for us, taking the golf cart to dinner was a highlight. The house was clean and had everything we needed and the host was so easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this house again!

The location was great! The accommodations were fantastic. The house has all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. It was well equipped. The owner was easily accessible if needed.

The place was perfect. Exceptionally clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning and evening. My wife commented numerous times on how nicely it was decorated as well.

The home is centrally located which allowed using the golf cart to travel to Sumter or Brownwood Town Squares quick and easy. The home has a beautiful and comfy feel, and everything was in great working condition. When I needed to contact the host, I got a quick and very helpful response. I was able to extend my stay an extra week with no trouble I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit The Villages.
