Lovely home w/ beautiful kitchen granite countertops. Nicely appointed charmer with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Enjoy quiet evenings in your peaceful lanai or on your paver patio with your evening cocktail. Close to shopping, Sumter Landing, Brownwood, Golf courses and Recreation Centers. Enjoy a unique and tranquil getaway. Guest passes are provided for pool, pickleball.

Good location. Enjoyed the lanai, large tv’s and showers. Needs some cleaning up and decluttering.

Hadley and Odell pool close by. Colony cottage close for lap swimming. Seating in lanai, beds, and living room were uncomfortable for an extended stay. I’m not sure I was communicating with host or property manager, but trying to get a temporary pass was exasperating. I do think I was one of the first few guests that have rented home. With experience I expect this to improve.
