All laminate NO CARPET This home is a three bedroom two bath home. Master has large walk in closet, double vanity in the master bath with a linen closet and walk in shower with glass door. The master bed is a king bed with beautiful furniture. There is a flat screen in the master bedroom. The kitchen has granite counter tops, gas stove and stainless appliances. There is a breakfast bar that has two bar stools. The dining area seats four.
Living area has a flat screen tv and very comfortable seating for watching television! Nice sofa with two electric recliners.
The two guest rooms have queen beds one of the rooms you can use as an office with a desk and office chair desk has a plug in for you to charge your phone, etc.
There is a small table and chairs out front if you want to sit out front and on the back lanai which is screened you will be able to relax and enjoy nice quiet evenings, with very comfortable lanai furniture. You can walk to Bacall Recreation center and the Largo pool.

We spent January thru March as snowbirds from Ohio at this property. Everything met all of our needs and the property was as advertised. The house is well equipped and we only had one minor issue while there and the rental agency addressed it in a few hours. We plan on returning next year.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This home had an odor when entering. The sofa was very old and leather chairs crammed in the den area as well. There were only 2 washcloths and none of the towels/ bath linens had been previously washed. While there to check on my parents, I had to do laundry to get these cleaned. There was also no blankets on the beds (just sheets and old comforters). I reached out to the management about my views on this house and received a defensive, rude email back
