This beautiful 3 bedroom small dog friendly home is located in the Pennecamp neighborhood! This beautiful community offers 29 free Executive golf courses, 9 Championship golf courses, tennis courts, 20+ swimming pools - some for swimming activities & some for leisurely relaxing in the sun, over 300 scheduled activities, bocce ball, billards, pickleball, dancing, arts & crafts & so much more. There are three town centers featuring live music and dancing nightly, restaurants, movie theaters & shopping. There's something for everyone here - you can be as active as you like or just sit back & relax with some of your new friends you'll meet.
The Pennecamp Neighborhood Pool is just steps away from this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home. You'll feel like you're stepping into a model home the minute you open the front door. This home boasts a bright & airy feeling with the open floor plan & vaulted ceiling. With the open kitchen, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining. The living room has comfortable seating and a 50" UHD TV to watch your favorite shows or catch the big game with friends & family. Nice home with lots of room. Walk in shower, king bed, and spare room. Nicely furnished lanai. Lots of cooking items like hot air fryer etc. Faucets and tub need work. Close to Sumpter and Brownwood.
