We had a good experience checking in and getting settled. Enjoyed the golf cart. On the second day the air conditioning went out - despite having a brand new unit! It was determined that a lightening strike had fried a circuit board in the condenser. There was a little drama getting informed about how and when the unit might get fixed, ending in our having to move to another property after spending 24 hours in a hot house.
However, after our trip, I was able to contact Evolve and get what I considered to be a fair settlement and refund on the unused days of our stay in their house and compensation for the 24 hours that we were in the house without air conditioning. The unusual outage of the A/C was not anyone's fault, and other than having a long delay before we were informed that we had to move, the situation was handled well. Unfortunately, Evolve did not have another property available and we had to find another property ourselves.

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were very nice and made us feel like we were at home. The kitchen was completely stocked along with snacks, coffee pods, spices, everything you needed. Will definitely stay there again!
