The abundance of space, rooms and amenities made our family gathering a great success. Our grand parents were in awe with their master bedroom accommodations especially the great master bedroom on the main level. The second in the lower level was half the size but still comfortable. The best part of the house is the open space in the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and the living room. Of the 4 days we were there only 1 day we were able to enjoy the outdoor amenities… fire pit, canoes and the volley ball net due to the weather. We all had a great time. The only nick picking items we had were behind one of the recliner there were some small plastering fillers which needed paint overs. Secondly, we had a hard time finding the laundry mesh bags. Which we somehow missed any mentioning that it was hanging behind the laundry room door. And thirdly there was a very unflattering stain on one of the Bathroom curtain. As mentioned they are just little picky stuff when compare to all the other attribution of the place with a very well equipped kitchen, large screen tv’s, gaming tables, fire pit, canoes, volleyball net, and more which made this family gathering a very memorable one and I really appreciate the owner of the place share it with us and others. Thank you.

Loved the house, the dock was lovely and the house was clean upon arrival.Also our house was very communicative with us and helped address any issues we had. I’d highly recommend this place, especially during the summer.

Very nice property. Everything was as described. The only snafu, for which I take responsibility, was all.communications were on an email account that I didn’t use. We finally unraveled the issue the day before we arrived. Did not understand the relationship between Evolve and VRBO. Not a reflection on the property or owner. Our stay was awesome.

We visited with a large family group, and our stay was phenomenal. The home offered plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped. The property was exceptionally well-maintained, and any questions we had about the Lake Anna area were answered right away. We’re already looking forward to returning next summer with even more family. Thank you for an unforgettable week!
