Large villa "Old School House", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Jakovici 2 km from the centre of Tinjan, 17 km from the centre of Poreč, in a sunny position, 17 km from the sea. Private: property 2'300 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 30.Nov.).
