Excellent facilities and great location

The facilities and location were excellent.The staff were so helpful and provided fantastic support. The villa had everything you need and I would definitely recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like but we identified some things to add and change. More plugs and mirrors for the ladies drying their hair.

Not a premium product

Quite new but ”worn down”, more than 10 items that were broken (freezer, fridge, missing shower door, dish washer etc.) What we told them was fixed but we were there for holiday not to inspect the property. Also during our stay the road was paved, we did not have full access to the property

Lovely stay in Pula, few minutes drive from the old city center

Very well organised - someone contacted us a day or two before arrival and gave us all the important information, online, available all the time via WhatsApp also. Apartment was clean, what one could miss is some kind of shower gel in the bathrooms, otherwise all the kitchen utilities were provided - soap, dishwasher tablets, some leftover spices.. If you plan to grill your meals, grill is basic, might need a tool or two more, but it was still possible to grill without any other spending on the equipment. AC worked, fridge with freezer was spacious, so were all the rooms. Location was nice, we didn’t come to Pula for the nightlife, city center is 10’ drive away. We had a car so transport was not a problem for us. Also, we asked for a late check out because of a 3 year old that stayed with us and had no problem arranging that with the owners. Parents were super pleased about that, big thanks.

Ugodna vila za 8 ljudi.

Prostrana vila, s 4 spavaće sobe. Savršeno za 8 osoba. Udobni kereveti, jaccuzi, veliki dnevni boravak. Bazen nismo koristili jer je mjesec studeni, ali svakako je odličan dodatak u ponudi za one koji dođu u toplije vrijeme.

Trampolin nije u bio u funkciji, ali to nam i nije toliko zasmetalo. Djeca su našla drugu zanimaciju.

Super Villa für einen Urlaub mit Freunden

Schöne Villa mit Pool (inkl. Liege für jeden), Whirlpool, Griller, Tischtennistisch & Trampolin. Die Kommunikation mit Alma war schnell und einfach. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Es fehlt eine Abdeckung vor den Fenstern in den beiden Badezimmern. Auf der Terrasse sind nur 6 Sitzplätze.

Wunderschön

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum… alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Sei es Geschirr zum kochen oder Dusch Utensilien. Tv in jedem Zimmer. 2 Badezimmer. Das Pool ist super und schön. Und das jacuzzi am Abend sowieso. Alma die das ganze über hat ist auch sehr Freundlich und stets bemüht. Alles in allem.. Würde ich diese Villa Anlage wieder buchen 🤗

Perfect holiday in this villa

Villa je odlicna. Velika, prostorna, cista. Terasa z bazenom in vec kot odlicna. Zasebnosti je dovolj. Ga.Alma je bila vec kot odlicna managerka, uredila da so villo pripravili predcasno, tako da smo res maksimalno uzivali. Mi se vsekakor se vrnemo.

Perfect!

Sve je bilo savršeno! Vila je potpuno opremljena za opuštajući odmor, privatni jacuzzi, bazen, roštilj, udoban prostor za sjedenje i sve što vam treba. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno a ambijent predivan. Idealno za parove, obitelj ili za zaključene grupe koje žele uživati u komforu. Preporučujemo i sigurno se vraćamo!

Jedina mala stvar koju bismo istaknuli je to što je možda nedostajalo nešto opreme za čišćenje roštilja ali to nije pokvarilo ukupni dojam.

Super für ein verlängertes Wochenende

Schönes Haus mit privatem Pool, Whirlpool, Tischtennisplatte, Außengrill und allgemein viel Platz vor Ort. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in der Stadt und Supermärkte sind auch nur 2-3 Fahrminuten entfernt. Auch wenn das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, würden wir den Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten zu Beginn kein warmes Wasser, das wurde aber direkt am ersten Tag behoben :-)

Nagyon szuper szállás ❤️ mindennel is fel volt szerelve egyszerűen imádtuk tökéletes családok baráti társaság számára , medence, jakuzzi - val felszerelt .. Tökéletessen felszerelt konyha , nagyon kellemes szállás kényelmes ágyak 11- en érkeztünk motorral. Kettő szállás egységet foglaltunk Biztosítva volt a garázs motorok számára .. ezúton is köszönünk mindent szállásadónknak

Alles ordentlich und funktional eingerichtet.

Baufehler, wie zum Beispiel fehlende Entkopplung von Bauteilen, was zu Übertragung von lauten Geräuschen im ganzen Haus führt. Beim Pool funktionierte Umwälzung und Heizung nicht.

Entspannt, groß und unkompliziert!

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übetroffen! Sie war groß und sauber und der Aufenthalt total unkompliziert: Entspannter Check-In und Alma und das restliche Personal super freundlich. Egal ob Spülmaschinentabs oder Tischtennisschläger - alles war in Minuten da. Highlight war natürlich der Pool! Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb, Lidl und Plodine und einige Restaurants aber fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man keine Lust hat 30 min nach Pula zu laufen, ist man mit einem Uber in 5 Minuten da.

Leider eine sehr laute Baustelle nebenan. Kann die Villa natürlich nichts für, trotzdem etwas störend.

Schöner Urlaub mit Freunden und Kinder

Das Haus war sehr Modern und schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und hilfsbereite Dame hat uns bei allen Problemen unterstützt.

Wir waren über Silvester und hatten Probleme mit der Heizung und mit der Sicherung bei voller Belastung war der Strom ständig aus. Es wurde uns aber bei allen Problemen geholfen und wir hatten dennoch eine schöne Zeit

Perfektes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie.

Perfektes Haus mit allem was man braucht im Urlaub! Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Alles ist innerhalb von weniger als 10 min mit Auto zu erreichen (Zentrum, Tankstelle, Supermarkt, Mall und die schönsten Strände)
