Very nice owners, very nice, descreet and comfortable place to stay at. Close to beach. You can ride a bike (that you can also hire from the owners) along the beach up to Fažana and enjoy any place (beach or bar) on the way. Ideal, if you don´t like crowded places :)

happily found this great place with my large family as 11 people.

This is a quiet region of the Istrian peninsula, an outskirt of a really small seaside village. Beach is close by walking. Foodshops are in a biking distance, bikes are available at Nogic. Reasonable restaurants in a short driving distance. Even better beaches around, like Barbariga and a large sandy one with umbrellas exclusively for small kids in Medullin. The apartment is indeed as it looks like at booking. com photos. No surprise, great and new place. You will have a nice time for sure. People, who run the place are nice, too. The only way to ruin Your staying is Yourself.

Scorpions. Well they are nice and do not want to hurt You. The closest "kind of a restaurant".

Spacious and very clean; 2 min walk to the beach (use the one to the right of the restaurant); Outdoor shower and grill; All new appliances, and well working AC. Comfortable beds. Friendly hosts. Possible to sit outside, but it can get hot. Shaded parking. Peroj is smaller and quieter than the nearby towns, but has a small supermarkets and a bakery; it's a longish walk through (or a very short drive).

Great and friendly hosts. Wine and water left if the fridge waiting for us :) Nice, well equipped and air conditioned apartment. I especially enjoyed the terrace :) Beach within 5 minutes walking distance. Not too crowded event in the season peak, which was something I really liked. A few beach bars. It is a perfect location for families or people who'd like stay away from crowds. If you have a car a few cool Istrian destinations easily accessible.

A dishwashed would be a huge plus :)

It’s about a location. Location is not here, it’s 100 m from Lučica Portić.

Friendly. Remote. Free bicycles

Some rooms (front side) are better that the others. The owner is friendly and there are plenty of bycicles for free. The bay with boats and the beach is maybe 150 m away. So pretty close. The beach itself consists of white stones that are brought by lorries every year or so. There is a long promenade along the beach. If you love walking! This is your place. 6 mins by car to the right is Barbariga (50 zl for a lunch!!! in a restaurant on the right with a terrace and a parking lot in front of it. 7 mins to the left is Fazana with good restaurants. Plodine Supermarket is on your way to Fazana. A boat trip to Briuni island is a must!!! Upon landing the island rent an electric Golf cart for 35 euros per hour - you‘ll love it. The place is infested with dogs !!! I really was fed up with ubiquitous unleashed furry monsters. The rooms on the second floor have a good view. The city of Pula is very cosy and cute und resembles Prague, it even has a Colosseum next to the port.

Pillows were too big to my taste but the owner was ready to buy smaller ones upon request. The shower with a flimsy curtain - but that only concerns the apartment on the side walls

* big privacy despite there were more guests in other apartments * just two minutes from the beach * very quiet place in general * good location and starting point for trips (Pula, Kamenjak, Rovinj...)

Ruhig und gemütlich

Nah zum Meer, ruhig gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten.

Etwas hellhörig (Nachbar TV), oberhalb (Stühlerücken etc). Da ich aber die meiste Zeit einziger Gast war (Saisonende), war das fast egal.

Muy buena ubicacion para recorrer Istria y sus playas!!!

La ubicacion del alojamiento, resulto cómodo y la cocina estaba muy bien equipada.

Que una de las habitaciones estuviera en un subsuelo y se sentia bastante humedad alli. El wifi no llegaba al subsuelo.

I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, l'appartamento è bellissimo e pulito con tutti i servizi, dal terrazzo si vede il mare e al tramonto è stupendo. Vicinissimo al mare , sicuramente ci torneremo.

Meest zalige vakantie

De rust het uitzicht en vooral het warme vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst en de volledige vakantie. Het prachtige modern ingericht appartement🥰 dat heel netjes was. En ook de communicatie verliep heel vlot. Beste vakantie ooit.

Schodiště do podkroví bez zábradlí / madel / .Nepohodlnost sezení na terase pro venkovní stolování, špatně regulovatelné markýzy neposkytující odpolene stín. Nedá se vychutnat možnost pohledu na moře z balkonu. Na pláži prach a špatný vstup do vody, voda skvělá.
