The house is ideal for its proximity to the sea but at the same time enjoys the tranquility of the countryside. Large cottage "Podere la Quercia", 2 storeys, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 3 apartments in the property. 10 km from the centre of Cecina, 4 km from the centre of Riparbella, in a sunny position on a slope, 12 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 10 ha, natural garden. Shower/WC in the pool area. Private: swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking at the house.
