House, 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and fields. 13 km from the centre of Volterra, 8.5 km from the centre of Villamagna, 26 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded position, 48 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 16.Apr. - 21.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: sauna (extra). Hot tub (extra). 700 m long bumpy motor access. Abgeschieden in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Sehenswürdigjeiten in der Nähe: San Giminiano und Volterra. Gute Restaurants.

Lage: Abgelegen und ruhig Haus: guter Zustand Küche: müffelnder Geruch in den Kästen und Laden alle Betten: durchgelegen, Matratzen bitte erneuern Pool und Garten: kleinere Reparaturen nötig (gebrochene Steine usw.) Gesamteindruck: tolles, fast perfektes Haus. Wir werden wiederkommen.

We can definitely recommend La Voce del Silenzio. Had a beautiful one week stay there and loved the view and silent location. The garden is very charming and the pool and spa are amazing.

Zuerst sei gesagt, das Haus ist TOP. Die Lage wunderschön, die Umgebung traumhaft, das Wetter war Klasse und dank des großen Außenpool auch bei heißem Wetter sehr gut auszuhalten. Nun zum Haus an sich, die Zimmer oben sind ok, etwas klein (vor allem die Bäder) aber ok. Genauer hinschauen was die Sauberkeit angeht sollte man allerdings nicht, Teppiche im Schlafzimmer etc.) Staub und Spinnweben waren an der Tagesordnung, scheinbar wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht geputzt. Beim Aufheben eines heruntergefallenen Gegenstand musste man leider einen Blick unetr die Möbel im Wohnzimmer werfen, leider, Staub, Spinnweben und Essensreste, das muss nicht sein, vor allem um die heiße Jahreszeit (Thema Ameisen) Eine alte benutzte Pfanne satnd dekoraiv im Wohnzimmer..aber da wir bei dem tollen Wetter immer draußen saßen konnten wir darüber hinwegsehen. Pool war sauber, der Wellnessbereich innen allerdings sah nicht sehr einladend aus. Für das Geld könnte man mehr Sauberkeit erwarten. Daher deutlicher Punktabzug! Der Platz für 6 Personen ist ok, jedoch viel mehr sollten es nicht sein, denn der Anbau unten ist meiner Meinung zum schlafen nicht geeignet. Fazit: Ok könnte aber gepflegter sein! Reisetipps: In der Region kann man natürlich viele Ausflüge machen, die Lage dort ist ideal.Siena, Florenz, Pisa etc .etc ..Da gibt es viel zu sehenEinkaufen ca. 20 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto gut möglich. Preise normal. Auf dem weg dahin kann man bei den Bauern am Straßenrand gut Obst und Gemüse einkaufen. In der Nähe netteResataurants, Empfehlung das Da Nello in Lajatico. Super leckeres Essen.
