The Sole di Toscana house is an ancient Tuscan house recently renovated. It is located in Tuscany in the Maremma delle Colline Metallifere in the ancient medieval village of Monterotondo Marittimo, a few steps from all the services offered by the village in a panoramic position.
The village is equipped with all the main services and surrounded by green woods and Tuscan countryside in a strategic position to reach the most important historical cities of Tuscany (Massa Marittima Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, San Galgano, Volterra, etc) and a few km from the sea (San Vincenzo, Baratti, Castiglione della Pescaia, Follonica, Punta Ala, etc.).
The rooms of the house consist of a large living room, large kitchen / living room with built-in kitchen and balcony, three large double bedrooms, etc. A large panoramic terrace / solarium available for guests overlooking the Tuscan countryside, on clear days the view extends to the sea of the Etruscan Costra and the islands.
