The Uliveta del Luschi farmhouse is situated on the gentle hills overlooking the coast and the resorts of Castiglioncello and Rosignano, in a strategic position for visiting the most beautiful cities of Tuscany. The surrounding countryside is cloaked with orchards, olive groves and vineyards with houses scattered here and there. The property is a perfect choice for groups of friends who like to divide their holidays between the seaside resorts with beaches and rocks and excursions to the many historic cities. The lively little town of Castiglioncello, with a fine programme of cultural events, is just a short distance away, while another day is certainly worth devoting to the Etruscan city of Volterra. Other places to visit include Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri, with its numerous shops and restaurants offering local cuisine and superb local wines. The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden with olive trees and garden furniture, with a pergola for dining in the open air, a gazebo complete with kitchenette, barbecue and wood-fired oven, as well as an illuminated circular swimming pool (9 m diameter, 2 m deep) (15/05-30/09), outdoor shower with hot water, tennis court and table tennis. The farmhouse is equipped with central heating, air conditioning and wi fi internet connection. Domestic help, cook, cookery courses and babysitting are available on request. Car parking within the property.
