In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Shopping centre 200 m, restaurant, bar, bakery 400 m, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop "Firstbahn" 200 m, railway station "Dorf" 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.8 km, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km, tennis 1.5 km, minigolf 400 m, sports centre 600 m, mountain railway 600 m, gondola lift 250 m, ski rental 200 m, ski bus stop 200 m, cross country ski track 1.2 km, children's playground 500 m.
