Excellent location as close to town. Very clean and kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views of the mountains. Looks very new and excellent interiors. Prompt replies from property managers.

We had to take all the waste out of the house to the large waste bin across the road about few minutes walk. Didn’t expect this for the price!! Check out time was 10am and had to pay extra for an extra 2hours. As the apartment is so expensive, I would have thought check out should be at 12pm. Access to the house- Had to enter a garage from the street/road, then a lift takes you to the upper level. Then have to carry your suitcases through a small garden and then a flight of stairs to the house above. This was a struggle but then all will be forgotten as the house was lovely place to relax.

The view and comfort is great. Well equipped and spacious!

Location is a distance from the grindelwald station so it was a bit troublesome to shift our luggages into the accommodation.

The apartment is great, very comfortable, cozy, superb view, great space for big familie, nicely decorated. Location is also very good.

We didn't like the spport we had from the staff at the check-out. It was also very confusing how to throw the bin and the explanation for it weren't clear. We ended up carrying the bin with us through the city. I think this service should be covered by the cleaning team and not by the guests, even if that means an increase in price.It just makes the experience at the end unpleasant. Also, because we were late at the checkout we are asked to pay the late checkout fee which I think it's fair and correct. But the staff was saying I can pay it in cash only, which I didn't find right or professional. Also, the cleaning overall was ok but we did find a big chunk of hair next to a sidetable which was a bit disgusting. And the dishes/utensils from the kitchen were kind of damaged and could use a replacement.
