In Saint-Restitut, in the heart of Provence Drôme, this charming 240 m² Provençal farmhouse, entirely renovated, offers comfort, authenticity and exceptional panoramic views. Located on the heights of the village (accessible on foot in 5 minutes), the property benefits from a calm environment with no overlooking neighbours, with an unobstructed view of Mont Ventoux.
The enclosed and landscaped garden of 10,000 m² welcomes a private swimming pool (6 x 9 m, depth up to 1.80 m) and secured by a wrought iron fence and a submerged alarm. Around the pool, a covered terrace with sink, bar counter and sun loungers invites relaxation, facing a panorama worthy of a postcard.
The living areas: on the upper floor to enjoy the view:
-The lounge with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen open onto a large terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or simply to admire the sunset over Provence,
-An air-conditioned suite completes this floor: King size bed, en-suite bathroom (bath and shower), toilet and dressing room,
-A second bedroom is located under the roof, with en-suite toilet and washbasin.
The night space: on the ground floor to relax:
- A children's bedroom with 3 beds (a bunk bed + a single bed)
- Two bedrooms with King size beds, one of which opens onto a shaded terrace
- A vaulted stone room, cool in summer, fitted out as a TV lounge or office space
- A bathroom with WC as well as an additional separate WC
Bed linen and towels included.
