About this house rental
At Mas Des Oliviers, you will discover an exceptional place.
This farmhouse in the Drôme Provençale on the outskirts of the pretty village of Clansayes is located in the middle of lavender fields.
It has been tastefully restored, spacious and is fully equipped.
It can accommodate up to 10 people (1 bedroom with a 180 bed, 1 bedroom with a 160 bed and 2 bedrooms with a 160 bed and a single bed of 80).
Access is easy and the parking is private.
The accommodation:
You will particularly appreciate the different living spaces and the tranquility to fully enjoy your holidays.
Thick stone walls and perfectly insulated attic space keep the house cool even in hot period.
In winter or mid-season, the central heating and the fireplace give a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.
The house consists of a beautiful terrace under a lime tree, ideally exposed (view of the lavender fields).
On the first floor, a very beautiful fully equipped and fitted kitchen with central island and open to the dining room which gives access to the living room with fireplace, to the laundry room and to the staircase that leads to the 4 bedrooms upstairs.
The farmhouse is equipped with two bathrooms and 3 toilets.
You will also find a swimming pool (4 x 4 pool) to cool off from the beginning of May to the end of September.PGJyPg
Petanque court, ping-pong table and many board games are at your disposal...
Electric barbecue
A trusted person will be at your disposal during your stay.
From the house, you will find many paths allowing you to walk or hike on foot or by bike through the Drôme nature.
Close to many listed villages and typical markets of Provence.
Geographically, close to the villages of Grignan, Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine, Dieulefit and Montélimar.
The amount of the cleaning fee includes sheets and 2 towels per person.
A 2-hour mid-stay cleaning (kitchen and sanitary facilities) is included in these costs if you stay 7 nights or more.PGJyPg
The farmhouse is completely accessible to tenants.
Only a storeroom is used for storage and remains private.
