The private outdoor area includes a small garden, a pool, a covered terrace, a dining table, and a plancha grill. There’s direct access from the terrace to the pool with no barrier in between. The pool is open from May 1 to October 15.
Nearby, you can explore the Roman town of Orange, the Crocodile Farm, the Papal City of Avignon, the Sautadet waterfalls, kayak rentals, the Ardèche river, the wine route, the castles of Suze la Rousse and Grignan, and the troglodyte village of Barry in Bollène. The region also offers many hiking trails.
Four parking spaces are available on the property. Only one pet is allowed and must stay outside. Please do not allow pets on the sofa or beds. Children must never be left unsupervised in or near the pool. The pool is equipped with a safety roller shutter.
Cleaning (except for the kitchen) is included. Beds must be stripped at departure, and all bedding left on the floor. Trash should be taken to the recycling area 80 m away in the hamlet. The kitchen and plancha must be cleaned. Failure to follow these rules will result in additional charges being deducted from the deposit.
Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited inside the villa. The neighborhood is quiet—please respect the neighbors. Bed linens are provided, but beds are not made. Wi-Fi is available.
