If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. ✹This 9th floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Majestic Sun was completely remodeled down to the studs in 2020. The 9th Floor offers commanding views of sugary white sands and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast. The recently completed remodel includes a custom kitchen with new appliances, countertops, and tile work. The kitchen is fully stocked with "more than the basics" so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your home away from home. The living room has new wood flooring, all new furniture, beachy decor, a large Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views! The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast.
✹Down the hall, there is a stacked washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay. The master bedroom is spacious with a King bed with a brand new mattress, adjustable bedframe, 50" SMART TV, private closet, and private bathroom with upgraded vanity and upgraded tile shower. The secondary bedroom is basically a second master bedroom. It is also spacious with a King bed, adjustable bedframe, a brand new mattress, 50" SMART TV, private closet, and private bathroom with upgraded vanity and upgraded tile shower.

✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Absolutely stunning ocean front condo! The views alone are worth every penny of the stay. The condo was impeccably clean and spacious, with every amenity you could possibly need - from kitchen supplies to extra snacks & all the beach gear you need. The attention to detail was exceptional. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was the perfect soundtrack to our stay. We'll definitely be returning! Five stars all the way. Loved it. Stan also responded immediately to any/every question we had. Great experience!

Unit was great-views outstanding Very convenient for our trip due to having a 8 month old Stan was so very accommodating ensuring we had everything. Unit was well stocked also multiple items if traveling with child would definitely stay there again

The property was very nice. Fit our little family very well. Only thing is their was not enough bath towels, hand towels.
Loved the accommodations of beach chairs, however their was on broke when we took it down to the beach. Loved the snacks provided as well. When texting with who I thought was owner I received responses in a timely manner.
