✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. This was our second stay at Seas the Day, and it definitely won’t be our last! Location, location, location — you just can't beat it! We've been coming to Miramar Beach for six years, and we won't stay anywhere else. The beach and water are absolutely everything.The condo itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need. We can’t say enough about how comfortable and convenient it is. The owners are fabulous — welcoming, responsive, and truly gracious. Seas the Day feels like our home away from home!

Wonderful property, the condo itself was fully stocked and beautifully decorated! The owner was very attentive with any questions! There were 4 adults and 3 children for our stay and it was very comfortable with all of us sharing this space! My only complaint, and no fault of the owner, was the pool was dirty with scum on the sides on the tile. Other than that, our stay was great, and I would recommend to anyone! Thank you again for sharing your space with my family and friends!
