If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I've tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!
Many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:

✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by Seascape security/local police and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay (HOA policy) - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

We have stayed at the Majestic Sun 4 times 401B was absolutely the best place to stay! The host was very friendly and helpful. The garage parking spot was so convenient. Our host provided beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. It was nice of the host to provide toiletries soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner toothpaste. We had a nice arrangement of snacks in the kitchen including coffee and K-pods. The host also provided laundry detergent which we appreciate all of these extras which are not included in other locations. The decor of various surfboards to throughout the condo was very cool! At the end of the day we were able to watch TV and turn on the cool fireplace which illuminated in multiple color options. The sofa recliners were so awesome they heated up and gave us a great massage! I can’t say enough great things about 401B! This was such an amazing birthday vacation! This was our number 1 VRBO stay! Thank you, Stan! We will be back!
