✹ My reviews across all my properties support that my #1 goal is delivering an awesome beach vacation for my guests. This starts with a sparkling clean property and fast, excellent customer service. If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I've tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. Vacation rentals are my passion, and I am always trying to improve the guest experience, so suggestions are welcome!

7th floor, spacious condo at Majestic Sun with beautiful, bright, open living and dining space with tall ceilings and Gulf views.

✹ Expansive views of sugary white sands and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast from the Living Space and Patio

Majestic Sun is part of the sprawling Seascape Beach Resort with tons of pools, an 18-hole golf course, tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, and 2,000 feet of beach front - there is so much to do at Seascape! Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!
Many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:
✹ Pompano Joes, Whales Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli's Kitchens, Cabana Cafe (open late!), Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, and Surf Hut

✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by Seascape security/local police and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay (HOA policy) - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

Beach view and access were 5 stars; we had to call for broken ice maker, dishwasher leak and have batteries replaced in the locked door access….we got locked out but it was easily fixed by a phone call to the rental agency…thank goodness we had our phone Kitchen needed a good cleaning Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortableNeeded updated beach chairs and sand wagon but had all new beach towels which was a plus

We did not use the pools, but the beach view was amazing. Stan was an excellent host, super responsive, and the unit was well accommodated. Especially loved the barstool height Adirondack chairs on the balcony for an unobstructed view of the beach. We will definitely rent from Stan again!

The place was beautiful and Stan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Clean, spacious and the perfect location. Breathtaking view of the ocean from the entire living room and balcony. Nice pool and shop downstairs, beach steps away across the street and places to eat and drink nearby. I would stay there again in a her.
