This beautiful, newly renovated beachfront view Majestic Sun 707B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across the beach on the seventh floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo is beautifully decorated and offers amazing beach views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony, or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
Upon entering this newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1.5 bath vacation rental condo, Majestic Sun 707B, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV and relax on the large, comfortable sofa. The living room is also equipped with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and has everything you would need for a home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or breakfast bar with the beautiful views that the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite offers an HDTV, a private bath with an attached shower, and a vanity. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area in the hall, perfect for small children. A washer and dryer can be found in this beach condo at your convenience, and it sleeps a total of 6.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is in a prime location with easy access to shopping, ice cream, beach, and food. It was clean, easy to check in and out of, and perfect for our stay. My only complaint is that one of the TVs would go in and out of Spanish and we couldn’t change the setting. Other than that 10/10!

We had a really nice experience, the unit was really clean, well maintained and ready to go! The description of the amenities was totally accurate and the pictures absolutely matched the unit. The check in and check out process was really easy in a beautiful location, I would absolutely recommend this unit to stay in and would stay here again.

The condo building had issues with the elevator and the couch in the condo was kinda worn down but the location was great! Very close to the beach and close to lots of places to eat. 2 toilets is very useful when you have a family!

This is the best location and so convenient to all of the fun things in Miramar! The actual condo can definitely use some improvements.. the appliances (especially the stove, fridge, & dishwasher) can stand to be updated. The shower clogs, there is no hot water in the kitchen, lamps were missing lightbulbs, and basic items in the kitchen were missing. There was no salt or pepper, barely any forks, and many of the kitchen outlets do not work. Those were surprising to find and made things a bit inconvenient but it didn't ruin our stay. The beach wasn't crowded & it was great that the condo had 2 chairs and an umbrella for use. We loved the beachy decor in the condo too. Over all it was a good price for the condition I think. Nothing beats that view!!
