I'm a local from The Valley, and I can't recommend this place enough. It's a great spot for a quick stopover. The view of Cottonwood and Sedona from the porch is just amazing, and it's perfect for a coffee break or an evening meal. The host is really top-notch, and the place is super cozy when touring your friends! This location is perfect for quick Valley get aways! Enjoy!! We did!! 🥰🥰

Our host (Mike) was friendly and , atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. The accommodations were good. The morning view from the patio is wonderful and calming. We had a great stay

We loved this property - and the host Mike and his dog are so friendly and kind. Location is very accessible to Sedona, hiking, and the Verde Canyon Railway. We also enjoyed using the BBQ grille. Can't wait to stay here again.

We had a great time in Cottonwood! The space was just as described, very clean and tidy, and the host was so friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay again!
