It was beautiful, clean and easy to get to.

The trailer park that it is situated in has definitely seen better days.

Good location, and the unit was very clean and obviously new. The mattress was excellent and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was spacious with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in dispensers. The location was very peaceful. With a few tweaks, this could be a top notch accommodation.

No privacy. From standing outside the front door, a person could see inside the entire suite, including the bed. There is no covering on the huge window built into the front door. Also the windows higher up did not have any type of covering. Anyone with a drone or a selfie stick could see into the entire suite, including the bathroom and shower. This also allowed sunlight to bathe the room at sunrise, providing an unwanted wake-up call at dawn. The batteries in the remote that controlled the a/c were dead, so we had to go to the store and buy new batteries for that, as well as buy poster board and tape to cover the window built into the front door to have some privacy. The TV is mounted in the sitting area adjacent to the bed which would be fine, if the TV were mounted on a swivel so that it could be easier seen from the bed. Not a huge deal, but it would make the stay a little more comfortable. Perhaps the worst of it all was the non-responsiveness of the property owner. I emailed our issues shortly after arrival with no response. I also called the phone number provided in the emails and left a voice message that was never returned, so we were on our own to solve the problems we experienced.
