The house is nice. It has a nice fenced back yard and patio. Mike is very nice. The beds were comfortable. There were more than enough towels…which I appreciate. The location was perfect. Close to Walmart if you need anything and a very short drive to historic Cottonwood.

Great location, close to Walmart and quiet. We stayed in cottonwood because it had a gym, and was a short drive to Sedona. Glad we did! Other than the trails, Sedona had a tourist hum. After our trails mid-day we were able to decompress with everything we needed: a shower, a couch, ac, tv, and they even had stuff available to do laundry. They had left snacks, waters, and shampoo just like a hotel so it felt accommodating without the noisy neighbors.
The door the lockbox was on led to a dungeon. When we first opened that door we thought we were in the wrong house. It was more of a converted garage area. The rest of the house was great. The price was a little steep, especially considering you can’t park your car in the garage.
