Living Space: Inviting home featuring soft couches, and a space at the table for everyone! Relax and unwind with an HD flat screen Smart TV, with the ability to login to your own streaming services, including High-speed WiFi for your convenience! By day, utilize the A/C system, offering year-round comfort. At night, breathe easy on the private back porch while you take in the stunning views of Mingus Mountain & the distant Red Rocks of Sedona.
Kitchen: The kitchen is perfect to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals! Complete with a refrigerator, oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and Keurig single cup coffee maker! There are plenty of pots/pans, dishes, bakeware, utensils, and basic spices and oils. Kitchen linens, paper towels available for your stay!
Primary Bedroom: A queen-sized bed centers the room and the room offers a large walk in closet. This room also features a ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower,
Second Bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed.
Third Bedroom offers a comfortable full-size bed and single bunkbed, accommodating up to 3 guests in this room!
The fourth bedroom is separated from the main home and found in the garage. This room offers a trundle bed allowing for 2 more guests. (this room is heated and cooled)
*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for guests. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience*
Washer/Dryer: The home has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience.
Garage: You will have access to park your vehicle in a garage during your stay!
The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked after each stay.
While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from wind, weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety

Located in the middle of Cottonwood. During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking around one of the many surrounding trails. Cottonwood is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. It is 1.5 miles to Old Town Cottonwood, 6.5 miles to Historic Jerome, 18 miles to Sedona, 1 hour to Flagstaff, 2 ½ hours to the Grand Canyon!

This well-equipped home was a great spot for our stay in the Sedona area. There was plenty of room for our family and it was easy to drive to hiking trails and dinner. The host communication was excellent.

Great location for Mountain Bike access. Mingus Mountain, Prescott, Sedona, and Flagstaff, thoroughly enjoyed the deck and the vibe.

Great space for our family of six teens/adults. They had everything we needed plus more! Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked often. Great location to see lots of Arizona sites. Cute downtown as well!

The house was clean and organized. Very comfortable beds and beautiful views. The location was top notch! 20 minutes from Sedona and Jerome. We spent most of our time in downtown Cottonwood. Such a variety of choices and wonderful businesses to explore and enjoy. Check out the olive oil store with great fudge! Nic's steak dinner was amazing and we went on a Tuesday and took advantage of their special. Stay away from the Tiramisu. Yuck. Highly recommend.Cottonwood.
