We stayed here with two couples, and the house was a great fit for our group. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There’s plenty of room to relax and gather, with a well-designed kitchen, dining area, and living space. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything we needed.
The bold color scheme was a fun and unique touch that gave the home extra vibe. The location worked out really well—about 25 minutes from Sedona, and Cottonwood turned out to be larger than we expected, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at this funky, eclectic home in Cottonwood. It was exactly as described. Cottonwood was the perfect central location for side trips to Sedona, Jerome, Prescott, and Camp Verde. Sandra, the property manager, was very prompt and helpful, in answering any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, it's very close to quaint Cottonwood and maybe 25 minutes from Sedona. Two spacious bedrooms. My wife remarked about how soft the sheets were.
Kitchen gear worked fine, and there's a nice living area with a big screen TV and accompanying electronics. Big simple yard. Owners had good communication and were helpful and friendly. Bathrooms are large and pretty modern. The colors are described as "Artfully Decorated". We'd call them funky and fun.
Take the Verde Canyon Railroad adventure - That was the trip highlight! See the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Sedona. Downtown Cottonwood and Sedona have touristy downtowns. Go to the Merkin Winery and Restaurant on the hill in Cottonwood.
Glad we went. Glad we stayed here.
