This single-level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has queen beds, jacuzzi tub (guest bath), master ensuite bathroom, attached two car garage, cathedral ceilings, all new appliances, gorgeous new granite countertops in kitchen, and large back patio making it ideal as an executive home, girls' getaway, or romantic retreat.
The back private patio is perfect for sipping wine with a friend or working on your laptop (free Wi-Fi!). Netflix and cable are also included in this great villa.
For those spending a winter in the area, this lock-and-leave home is a good place to use as a base for visiting Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon, Flagstaff and Prescott. Nearby freeways I-40, I-10, I-17 and SR 51 take you anywhere in no time!
We also think your pet should be able to travel with you(with a small fee per pet)!

Our stay was relaxing & comfortable ! We did not do any cooking, as our stay was short. But I noticed the house was nicely stocked with anything you could need. The refrigerator was nice & cold. It also had a working ice machine which is always a plus. The master bath was lovely & the bed was extremely comfortable. The home is on a quiet street but is close to everything. Will definitely stay again.

The property is a good value. Has everything you would expect from a rental. Quiet neighborhood, spacious interior. I would not recommend using this website for the booking. This website is not user friendly and many of the website/app features don't work after booking.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely stay here again. The area was quiet, the house and amenities were perfect, and communication was prompt and detailed.
