Private and well-appointed second story apt in large auxiliary structure on 3 acre property that includes a 1.6 acre vineyard, adjacent to the Verde River, peaceful country views from deck, kitchen, memory foam king bed in bedroom, full bath, 5 min to Old Town, 20 minutes to Sedona or Jerome. 1 hour to Prescott or Flagstaff, 2.5 hours to Grand Canyon.

We can't say enough GREAT things about this property and host! The property is CLEAN and comfortable ( they seriously have thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay!) The decor is really amazing and the property is so quiet and tranquil and BEAUTIFUL! Loved watching the farm cats and chickens roam around the delightful rural setting while we drank our wine on the front patio that overlooked a couple of acres of a peaceful winery! Communication was great from the moment we booked our reservation until after we left. I can't recommend this special place enough!! We are already planning to go back again soon for that relaxing getaway! 10 out of 10 stars!! :)
