The Space:
Dorado at Verde Santa Fe is an active community designed for entertainment and a comfortable lifestyle. Guests have access to miles of trails, a clubhouse with gathering spaces and a communal outdoor pool and spa, and the 18-hole Agave Highlands Golf Course just seconds away.
Pinon Vista sets the tone for an unmatched vacation in the Verde Valley. On entry, you’re welcomed by an open-concept great room with a spacious living area centered around a gas fireplace and Smart TV, a dedicated dining area, and an open kitchen with modern appliances for home-cooked meals. This home features a picturesque, covered patio complete with a dining table and a BBQ grill, and a bonus den room, perfect for guests looking to mix work and play.
Pinon Vista will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in a king master suite and queen bedroom each with luxury linens and flat-screen TVs. There is a washer/dryer and a 2-car garage available for guest convenience.
Community Pool & Hot Tub: There is a community pool (Pool heated from May 1st to Nov 1st, weather permitting, April 1-Nov 30) and hot tub (available year-round) for your enjoyment. It is important to follow the complex rules and keep track of your pool key. The clubhouse requires $10 per guest to retain a key fob (with photo) + a refundable $25 deposit per guest to provide each guest with their own personal key fob. The $25 will be refunded when the key fob has been returned. The replacement cost for the pool key is $100.00. Must register at Clubhouse to get a key fob, located at 635 Verde Santa Fe Pkwy, Cornville, AZ 86325.

Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

The property is clean, well stocked and well provisioned. The dishes are more than needed and seemed like nothing was needed to live day to day. The furniture is clean, stable and comfortable. The closets are spacious . Would hihgly recommend triming the landscaping to prevent damage to cars and pedestrians on walkway. The hot water heater seemed like it was kettling and woke us up nightly. The water heater may need to be troubleshot to prevent future serious problems. Over all, it was a very comfortable stay with small issues. I would definitely stay there again. Pool and clubhouse not used.
