About this house rental
Enchanting log cabin recently remodelled, close to Sedona for one or two families, with 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen) and 2 bathrooms (each with shower and 1 tub) and large loft for kids with two double beds. Excellent location at only 20 minutes from Sedona and very close to Old Town Cottonwood and mining town Jerome. Large stone fireplace dominates social areas and completely new kitchen makes socializing a pleasure. Bathroom showers have been updated, new carpet and fresh painting makes spaces bright, enjoyable and appealing.
Large fenced back yard and comfortable shaded patio set-up with barbecue for your grilling needs. Area close to the house has artificial lawn, thus always green. The house is an area that is suburban and you will see cows and horses in neighboring properties.
There are great restaurants in the vicinity in Old Town Cottonwood, as well as art galleries, cafes, bars and wine tasting rooms. This is wine country in Arizona, so its a perfect location if you are interested in discovering some of the great wines that this land is producing. The red rocks of Sedona are very close and its hiking trails, at only 20 minutes distance. You have the benefit of being in Sedona, but at the same time being in a quiet outside of town place.

It was a great place to stay ..I met my son who came up from Mesa and came from Oklahoma ..I grew up in cottonwood ..the home was quiet and the kitchen equipment was wonderful ..we cooked every meal at the home ..the grill was great also …beds comfortable ..neighbor's kind and friendly …Had a little bump upon arriving ( not the fault of the property at all ..but a water main brook around the corner and it took a bit to figure out what was goi g on with no water ..fixed within hours and no issues A great quiet escape ..close to verse river access and really everything I hope you enjoy too We had no kids or pets but would be great for that with all the fenced back yard and baby gates

My wife and I stayed here with our small dog and it was a wonderful, quiet getaway. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is clean and the fenced backyard is wonderful for pets.

The home was perfect for our trip. It was a great location to visit Sedona and a trip up to the Grand canyon. We were pleasantly surprised how much Cottonwood had to offer. The home was very clean and well stocked. All communication was prompt and simple with the host. We will definitely come back and stay again when we visit Arizona.
