Coco's Cottages is centrally located within 20 minutes of just about everything available in the Verde Valley, including Jerome and Sedona. We are about a 5-minute drive, 30-minute walk, or 10-minute bicycle ride to Old Town Cottonwood. Our home was originally built in 1914 and has some of its original charm as well as many modern upgrades. We just know you will love the warm and inviting old mixed with new cottage experience.

Our stay at Coco’s Cottage could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host had thoughtfully considered every detail to create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience. She was also quick to reply to the couple of texts I sent. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we were greeted by such thoughtful touches on the counter - fresh bread, cookies, and sparkling water - which made us feel instantly at home. The living room was equally inviting, with a cozy sectional and a lovely fireplace that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The home features two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and two bathrooms, one of which was especially luxurious, complete with a beautiful skylight that added so much natural light and charm.I especially loved how welcoming the home was for both children and pets. There were pet bowls, a dog mat, a dog door, and even a dedicated fenced area for dogs. Although we didn’t have our dog with us, we would love to return with him. Such a rare and appreciated touch for those traveling with pets.We also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor amenities, taking full advantage of the fire pit, cornhole, and the hot tub, all of which made the stay feel even more special.What stood out most to me, however, was the impeccable cleanliness of the home. It was absolutely spotless and so well cared for.Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Coco’s Cottage. Truly, an A experience!

Awesome host, cookies, loaf of bread and bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there. Property is great location allowing for day trips to GC, Sedona or Jerome. Nice selection of restaurants in Cottonwood.
