This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 6 and features a private hot tub, full kitchen, comfortable living spaces, EV charging, and a pet-friendly stay. Explore Old Town Cottonwood, Sedona, Jerome, local wineries, restaurants, and outdoor adventures—then come home, unwind, and recharge for another day of exploring.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed. With plenty of room to spread out, the home is well suited for families, couples traveling together, or a small group of friends.
Gather in the spacious living area after a day of exploring, prepare breakfast or dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, or relax outside in the private hot tub.
The home also offers Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, EV charging, and a variety of amenities to make both short visits and extended stays more comfortable.
Best of all, you'll be conveniently located in Cottonwood with easy access to Old Town Cottonwood, Sedona, Jerome, and everything the Verde Valley has to offer.

Only thing I would say was a downer is that the owner did not let us know that they would have woekers on property at 8 am. Shane’s were open and was disconcerting for single women with men walking around the outside with us getting dressed.

We loved this house! Great layout, fully stocked (kitchen & bathrooms) and beautiful home! The distance into Sedona was perfect and Cottonwood is a gem too! The back yard isn’t finished yet, but the outside area that is done is very nice! If in the area we would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, and everything was so thoughtfully done. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed, and the toiletries and extra goodies were such a nice touch!We would absolutely stay here again—next time for more than just one night. We’re excited to see what they do with the backyard as well!
