This tastefully decorated vacation home features an adjacent apartment, allowing 5–7 people to enjoy a wonderful vacation here.
The main house, which sleeps 5, features a large living/dining room on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen (stove with ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, etc.). The living area features a smart TV.
Upstairs are two bedrooms; one has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (triple room) along with a shower and toilet.
The garden area features a patio with garden chairs, a garden table, two lounge chairs, an electric grill, and a play area.
Additional amenities include a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, and an ironing board.
Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability!), login credentials available on-site.
A parking space is also included with the property.
The apartment is equipped for up to 2 people and can be rented separately or in addition to the main house. This way, for example, grandparents can spend their vacation with their children and grandchildren while still having their own private space. (There is a lockable double connecting door between the main house and the apartment.)

If the apartment is rented in addition, the daily rental price increases by €30 (Season A), €40 (Season B), €42 (Season C), and €50 (Season D). This option is available only upon request and cannot be booked online.

Centrally located, the property offers quick access to the North Sea coast and the popular coastal resort town of Norddeich, featuring a sandy beach, a seal sanctuary, and ferry connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are within easy reach, and the surrounding area is perfect for bike rides and mudflat hikes. An ideal location for exploring the diversity of East Frisia and enjoying the fresh North Sea air.
